We have long-standing relationships with contract manufacturers in strategic global locations including USA, China, Thailand, India and Mexico. Our US facilities can provide design, prototyping, small-batch runs, NPI, repair and warranty service, and post-sale technical support and service. Our Asia facilities are ideally suited for medium- and large-volume production. Our US and Asia locations are seamlessly integrated, allowing pre- and post-production activities to dovetail at both ends flawlessly to mass-production.
Tier 1 Through Tier 3
Our manufacturers cover the full range between Tiers 1 and 3. Each Tier manufacturer has completely different cost structure. By identifying the right Tier manufacturer for your product, we can ensure that your product will be produced for the lowest possible cost while meeting all the requirements.
Not all products require Tier 1 facilities. The choice of the right Tier facility depends on a number of factors including complexity, process/equipment requirements, and quantity requirements. Blindly producing all products in a Tier 1 facility simply means that manufacturing cost is unnecessarily inflated.
If a product can be produced by a Tier 3 facility, and is appropriately manufactured in one, you benefit from the dramatic cost saving that is realized. SANDMARK will work with you and your personnel to determine the optimal manufacturing facility your product requires.
