New Product Introduction

New Product Introduction (NPI) is an often overlooked, but extremely critical bridge between design and manufacturing. Oftentimes there is no clear and dedicated owner for NPI because responsibilities for design and manufacturing are handled in different organizations. It is especially challenging when design and manufacturing centers are located in different continents and timezones.

NPI is a core competency of SANDMARK. Much of SANDMARK's infrastructure is dedicated to executing seamless transfer of products/programs from design to manufacturing, and additionally manage the complete operational deliverable of factories (typically in Asia). We offer our services to North American customers looking to start-up (and manage) production of their products in factories (typically at contract manufacturing service providers) in Asia (China and India) and Mexico. We can manage NPI, production monitoring, source inspection, quality management, shipping and delivery on behalf of our customers.
