Mark F. Bender, Principal Partner, SANDMARK Global

Mr. Mark Bender has over 30 years of industrial manufacturing experience holding senior level positions in sales, marketing, and operations at DuPont, Eaton Corp., Berg Electronics, and Viasystems, Inc. In the late 1990's, he was the Vice President and General Manager at Berg Electronics where he had P&L and operations responsibility for the company's largest division. More recently, at Viasystems, he was the Vice President and General Manager of the Americas EMS division that included nine global sites in the US, Mexico, China, and Europe with over $400M in sales revenue. During this time, he helped lead the due diligence teams in acquiring over a half-dozen private and public electronics contract manufacturing companies in five states, Europe and Asia with over $1B in revenues.

Mr. Bender has a BS degree from the University of Richmond, VA and an MBA from Loyola University.

Mr. Sandesh Gowda brings 15 years of operational experience in technology development, factory automation, and manufacturing. His experience includes cradle-grave product management, supply-chain management and startup/development of technology companies.

Mr. Gowda is a graduate of University of Connecticut where he obtained a Masters in Mechanical Engineering, and Candidate for Ph.D (ABD). Mr. Gowda's prior industry experience includes the Optroelectronics (Corvis Corp.) and Data Storage (Digital Equipment Corp., Quantum Corp., and Matsushita Electronics) industries. He has worked in both development and manufacturing organizations, including deployments in Japan, China and Southeast Asia.

Bill Nailor's 35 years of experience is in Sales, Marketing, and Business Development. While at Dupont, Bill was responsible for the largest account at IBM Corporation. Bill's approach to each of his accounts is holistic, spanning across sales, customer support, and after-sales services, helping SANDMARK to become a part of our customer's supply chain and operational infrastructure.

Bill supports our industrial customers in Maryland, Pennsylvania, New Jersey and New York.

Mario Rubio is a success-driven engineering and program management professional with highly-accomplished record in project and sales and marketing operations management for world class ISO manufacturers, including full financial accountability for million dollar program implementations. Adept in business development, identifying opportunities to facilitate and generate sales and forging strategic alliances, Mario is a crucial member of the SANDMARK team. Mario's deep expertise and knowledgebase of Mexico manufacturing infrastructures allows him to simultaneously manage SANDMARK's Mexico assets, customers and and supply chain.

Mario's previous worked at SKF Mexico, SKF USA, Carbone Lorraine – Morganite, and Plastic Molding Technology, Inc. His trilingual skills (English, Spanish, French) allows him to support our global customer portfolio in their native languages.

Marco Rivera brings his wide ranging experience supporting diverse industries with focused experience in Purchasing, Operations, and Material Scheduling. Marco's global sourcing and supplier development experience is a great asset to SANDMARK. His expertise in new project management, production, purchasing, supplier management, quality and logistics are invaluable for SANDMARK'S USA and Mexico operations.

Marco's prior experience spans US and Mexican Corporations in various sales and operations capacities.

Mr. Shireen Renu oversees sourcing operations in India. He previously worked as Operations Manager at Blueridge Manufacturing Services, Ltd., SMG's wholly-owned manufacturing subsidiary. Shireen's mechanical engineering background allows him to manage technical aspects, while his operational skills helps him manage our large and diverse set of sources.
