We understand that deterministic and rigorous testing is of critical importance to you. Components and products are best tested often, and at the source. We can guarantee testing to global standards, giving you the confidence to test your products before they leave the vendor’s dock into a shipping container. The cost and time benefits of testing before products ship across continents is enormous, and self-evident. In addition, testing costs are lower in India compared to US and Europe, further saving you money.

Our testing is performed at internationally certified testing facilities, with trace-back to global standards. All our labs are directly certified by National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories (NABL), equivalent to A2LA (USA) and CNAL (China). NABL maintains affiliations with international bodies via memberships with International Laboratory Co-ops, and homogeneity with bodies such as NIST, IAS, A2LA, and NVLAP.

TESTING/MEASUREMENT OF CASTINGS

For castings, we offer material composition tests, surface quality tests, and the full range of physical tests (see list above), as required.

We offer the full range of non-destructive tests that are standard for steel and aluminum castings.  Our testing sources are certified for performing the following tests:

Ultrasound Testing, NDT level II

Radiography Testing, NDT level II

Magnetic particle Testing, NDT level II

Liquid Penetrant Testing, NDT level II.

All the certifications have been issued by the ‘Center for NDT’, which implements all their training and testing strictly based on recommendations from ASNT (American Society for Nondestructive Testing).
